2025 Spring Cleanup Information
Please be advised starting Monday April 7, 2025 thru April 12, 2025, the Hillburn Transfer Station will be operating at a restricted volume access, only packers, full-eject front loaders, and self-contained compactors vehicles will be permitted access to the facility. Construction roll-off boxes will no be permitted to dump.

Rockland Green will not be accepting out of State or out of County MSW, C&D or Recyclables. 

Out of County municipalities with an Intermunicipal Agreement will be allowed entry.

Controlled and non-controlled substance medications can be brought to the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office, located at 55 New Hempstead Rd., New City 24 hours a day.

Non-Controlled Substances

Non-controlled substance medications can be brought to the Rockland Household Hazardous Waste Facility at 35 Firemen's Memorial Drive on the dates listed below.
